KVS Sport Horses breeds and trains authentic Dutch sport horses in a hundred acre farm two hours south of Calgary, Alberta. They were looking for a logo that was simple, contemporary and clearly communicates what they offer without the cliché image of a horse that’s in every horse farm logo.
In the end, the silhouette of the tulip fit perfectly into the horseshoe for a mark that proudly speaks of the horses and their Dutch lineage.

Production Type's Granville typeface is an elegant, modulated sans serif that gives the mark a timeless feel. As Dutch orange was a must for the brand colours, we chose a deep eggplant colour to complement, and a spice colour to ground.
The new logo is distinct and crisp on their saddle pads and horse blankets.
